We want you to be completely satisfied with your Burleigh pottery; if your handcrafted pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective tissue and sturdy boxing to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned pottery, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
